KEV Shield Refund Policy

100% money‑back (first 14 days) if KEV Shield rules do not block exploit traffic as promised.

To qualify:

  • Run the KEV Shield canary (200 → 403) in your live environment within 48 hours of license issuance.
  • If your canary does not return a 403 after applying the daily ruleset (and after your tier’s SLA time has elapsed), you may request a full refund.
  • Provide a log or screenshot of the failed block attempt.

Limitations:

  • No refunds for misconfiguration, unsupported environments, or failure to apply rules as documented.
  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of subscription start.
  • Discounted pricing or Founder’s Credits: eligible for a 75% partial refund.
  • One refund per legal entity.

The KEV Shield canary is designed to block immediately upon rule application — if it doesn’t, we’ll refund you. If it does block, the value is proven on day one.
