Privacy — launch draft

XenoStream processes account, organization, request, authorization, billing-reference and operational telemetry needed to provide and secure the service. We minimize analytics and do not intentionally place private request content into product analytics.

Active-account records remain available while the account is active. After a paid subscription ends, the account enters a 90-day read-only/export period so the customer can retrieve records before scheduled deletion.

After that 90-day period, eligible account data is scheduled for deletion unless the account is reactivated or documented operational or legal requirements require specific records to be retained. Customers may also request export or deletion through the supported account and privacy-request workflows.
